Annual General Meeting 2017

The Trustees have convened an Annual General Meeting for Wednesday, 19 July 2017 to be held in New Luce Memorial Hall, starting  at 7:30pm and all members are encouraged to attend.

There are vacancies for two Elected Directors on the Trust’s Board and members of the Trust are entitled to nominate other members to become a Director of the Trust or even stand for appointment themselves.

Only members are entitled to vote and, if unable to attend the meeting, members have the right to appoint a proxy to attend, to speak at the meeting and to vote on their behalf.


  • Nominations for proposed Directors must be returned to NLCT’s Registered Office no later than 7 days prior to the AGM, i.e. by 12 July 2017;
  • Forms of Proxy must be lodged at the Registered Office not less than 48 hours before the time of the meeting, i.e. by 7:30pm on 17 July 2017.
