The Trust are delighted to officially announce that the purchase of the Kenmuir Arms has been concluded, and is now owned by New Luce Community Trust.
Over the next few months we will be working with architects and other professionals to look at the best use of space available, along with a significant refurbishment of the building.
The Trust will be advertising for suitable tenants to lease the business to in the run up to the renovations being completed.
