The Kenmuir Arms will be closed for several weeks, due to maintenance works and securing a new tenant for the premises.
Our previous tenant Chris Dougan has now ended his lease at the establishment, and we are actively pursuing a new tenant, we hope it will not be long before we can inform you all of this.
We do not plan to have the building closed for a prolonged period of time, and are working hard to get everything in place to secure a new tenancy, at this time it gives us the opportunity to do a bit of maintenace work in the building and the garden.
We will keep you all updated as to when we plan to re-open and of course who our new tenants will be.
