We are into month 3 of the renovation works, which has thrown up several unexpected additional works to be carried out due to rotten timbers and ceiling joists and of course the appearance of bats!
However Luce Bay Plant Hire are doing a great job, and we are starting to see progress now as the building starts to get rebuilt from the inside.
We also have a great team working for us including Smith Architects and McGowan Miller Quantity Surveyors who are project managing the build.
We have added a selection of photos to show you where we are at the moment with the build, and will regularly update these as we go through the building process.
We will also shortly be starting to advertise for potential tenants to undertake running the business going forward.
