Winter Fuel Allowance Scheme
New Luce Community Trust has set up a Winter Fuel Allowance Scheme that will see all householders permanently living in the New Luce Community Council area eligible to apply for a Winter Fuel Payment of £150. The Scheme is funded by the ScottishPower Renewables – Kilgallioch Windfarm Community Benefit Fund.
Applications are currently closed, we expect to issue new application forms for 2024 around November 2023.
